Went for the wave pool. Wave cycles ran 15 minutes waves, 15 minutes calm. Waves are definitely intense enough that you could get yourself in trouble if you're acting s fool in deeper water. Highly recommend, a great way to cool off and wear out the kids.

We got there 1 hr before because last time we went at 1pm is was over capacity and they did not allow anyone new in. You can not bring a ice chest, but they allow you to bring ice in plastic bags with closed water bottles. Thermos are not allowed. Prepay for food as it costs less up front. You can buy a refillable cup hor unlimited drinks at the food bar. My Emma was heat exhausted from waiting outside 1 hr in the 95 degree heat. Sadly, the pool does not have special accommodations (early entry or wait inside) for disabled or special needs population. The locker rooms were very clean. The water is on the warm side. My toddler enjoyed the calm times (15 minute intervals) and disliked the waves because they kept knocking her down. Not sure we will ever come back. Its only going to get hotter and we can't be out in the sun waiting to get in.

Kiwanis Park is one of the most incredible city parks Iβve ever been to and it has a variety of things including a huge indoor swimming pool and multiple fields baseball soccer football everything you can think of outdoor lake well I guess if they had an indoor lake that would be a lot to talk about. I was there for a 5K walk run called. It was great, but the staff of Qantas Park was very helpful. Also, great service great people.

What a great facility. My kid has come to the wave pool and batting cages a few times. Came to an event in their meeting space and had a good experience.
